The Orange County Business Journal Honors Kurt Binder of VIZIO With Outstanding CFO of the Year Award

IRVINE, Calif. - February 10, 2015 - VIZIO, America's #1 Smart TV company ¹ , today announced that CFO, Kurt Binder was honored as the Outstanding CFO of a Privately Held Company by The Orange County Business Journal at its annual CFO of the Year dinner in Irvine, California.

The awards ceremony exalted the number of pivotal roles CFO’s play in an organization’s business health, wellbeing and success. Murra Rudin, managing partner of Riordan, Lewis & Haden Equity Partners, was the programs master of ceremonies. Nearly 600 attendees came out for this year’s event, which took place February 4th at the Irvine Jamboree Center.

This year, 42 CFO nominees were nominated for awards in five categories: Outstanding CFO of a Public Company, Outstanding CFO of a Privately Held Company, Outstanding CFO of a Not-for-Profit Organization, Lifetime Achievement Award and Rising Star.
