My Hub is a new personalized space on your VIZIO Home Screen where you can access your favorite movies, shows, sports, personal photos and videos, exclusive offers, and the latest entertainment news—all in one place.

You can access My Hub from the left-side menu navigation on your VIZIO Home Screen. It replaces the previous VIZIOgram location.

At launch, My Hub includes six sections: Spotlight, Favorites, Offers, VIZIOgram, Announcements, and Learn.

My Hub is designed to be personalized. You can save movies, shows, sports games, and personal media to your Favorites, and the content will be curated based on your preferences. Also, the movies, shows, and sports games can be from across many of the apps available on VIZIO—not just WatchFree+. My Hub is designed to help you organize and access your favorites, no matter where they’re from.

Spotlight is a curated page that features trending entertainment, sponsored content, saved items, exclusive offers, and personal media like photos and videos.

The Offers section includes promotions, app bundles, and credits from streaming apps and brands. These offers help you save on entertainment and may require an account to redeem.

VIZIOgram allows you to send and receive photos and videos from friends and family from your VIZIO TVs. It also allows you to create slideshows and share them on your TV. These can be viewed and organized within the VIZIOgram section of My Hub.

Currently, My Hub is only available on VIZIO TVs. But the plan is for My Hub to expand to mobile in a future phase.

Yes! You can use voice commands like “My Hub” or specific section names (e.g., “Spotlight”) via your VIZIO remote or mobile app to navigate directly to My Hub.

While you can access My Hub without an account, some features—like redeeming offers or saving credits—require you to sign in or create an account.

You can add individual sports games and events to your Favorites watchlist in My Hub. However, saving entire teams or leagues is not currently supported. For a more immersive sports experience, we recommend checking out VIZIO Sports Zone, where you can follow teams, leagues, and find where to watch live games.

The Announcements section is a dedicated space for VIZIO product and content updates. It includes Feature Cards that highlight new releases, product enhancements, and other important updates we think are relevant to your viewing experience.

The Learn section houses a collection of how-to videos and product tutorials designed to help you get the most out of your VIZIO TV.

My Hub replaces the previous VIZIOgram location in the left-hand menu and consolidates features like “Watch + Learn” and “What’s New” into the new Learn and Announcements sections.

My Hub is curated by VIZIO’s Editorial team and will be updated periodically based on what customers enjoy most. This includes new content rows, offers, and announcements.

While you can personalize your Favorites and interact with various sections, the overall layout and structure of My Hub is managed by VIZIO and not user-customizable at this time.
