Ainsley Harriott sets off to explore the Mediterranean, travelling to Spain and Italy but also to Corsica, Morocco and Jordan to discover some of the region's lesser-known treasures and show that Mediterranean cuisine is more than pasta and paella.

Ainsley's kicking off his journey across the Mediterranean in style on board a 44ft catamaran, visiting the stunning island of Corsica. He'll be trying his hand at paddle boarding and making some scrumptious Mediterranean dishes.
