Inside VIZIO's Deal with Powerhouse & Approach to Cedia Channel

By now, you should know that Vizio has entered the custom channel for the first time, via an agreement with the national distribution network PowerHouse Alliance. That’s a pretty big deal, but details about the arrangement have been scarce. In advance of CEDIA Expo 2015, Vizio announced its new Reference Series 4K TVs with HDR and Dolby Vision, available in 65-inch ($6,000) and 120-inch ($130k) models. But the company has said little about the “white glove” service that will accompany it.
