Soccer-Themed Pop-Up Channel Kicked Off July 17 with Live Games Beginning on July 19
VIZIO is proud to announce that it’s free streaming service, WatchFree+, will be the exclusive home in the U.S. for The Women’s Cup 2025, allowing VIZIO TV owners as well as anyone with the VIZIO mobile app to stream the tournament live. This marks the second consecutive year WatchFree+ has exclusively hosted this prestigious women’s international soccer tournament for U.S. audiences. The Women’s Cup 2025 will feature two different tournaments with the first taking place in São Paulo, Brazil, July 19 – 24 and the second tournament taking place in beautiful Milan, Italy, August 14 – 17. Top teams involved with these exciting international tournaments include Racing Louisville, Palmeiras, São Paulo FC, Pachuca, Juventus, Inter Milan, Atlético de Madrid and Como FC.
Since its inception in 2021, The Women's Cup has been at the forefront of elite international women’s club soccer, hosting high-profile matches with top global clubs such as Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Tottenham Hotspur, Juventus, AC Milan, Tokio Verdi, River Plate and Club América, among others.
The Women’s Cup has become the pre-eminent women's soccer invitational tournament, featuring the best clubs from around the world. Eight games will be available from July 19th to August 17th, exclusively on WatchFree+ on channel 1301. The free streaming channel will also feature previous matchups, game highlights, player profiles, interviews and more giving women’s soccer fans plenty of exciting content to enjoy as things ramp up to a fever pitch ahead of the live matches.
The Women’s Cup will showcase the talent of eight exceptionally popular women’s club soccer teams, representing the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, and Spain with some of the biggest names in the sport.
VIZIO TV owners can watch The Women’s Cup Channel and the LIVE matches by opening the WatchFree+ app on their TV and going to channel 1301. In addition, The Women's Cup Channel will be available through WatchFree+ on the VIZIO mobile app, available to anyone. Both VIZIO TV owners and those that do not have a VIZIO TV can download the free VIZIO mobile app to their mobile device, create a free VIZIO account, click on the Live TV button in the bottom row menu, and tune-in to The Women’s Cup Channel.
