If you’re wanting the ultimate home theater setup, you really can’t go wrong with either of these products. At first, I wasn’t entirely sold on the local dimming that this TV packs. I had in my head “OLED is the only way to really enjoy darker scenes”, but that’s just not true. Of course, OLED does offer deeper blacks and brighter colors than a normal LCD panel, but the local dimming and Quantum X technology here really did impress me.

If the mode achieves widespread use, film buffs and filmmakers around the world might end up being a lot less annoyed with TV tech undermining creatives' visions.

Thanks to a recent software update, all Vizio TVs now support Apple AirPlay 2.0, and like most Vizios, this TV also has Chromecast built-in. It’s a great value on paper, and after spending a couple of months with the TV, I can confidently say that the experience of watching it lives up to the hype.
If you’re a person who refuses to accept the status quo, believes that innovation starts with listening and constantly dedicates your day to finding better solutions, then you are a person who will flourish in the world of VIZIO.
