I've had this TV since Christmas of 2009 and have not had a single problem with it, the picture still looks as crisp and bright as when I first bought it. It has been our daily TV for everything, video games, BluRay, HD TV, you name it. It has also survived 2 moves without any issues as well which is more than what I can say about the Plasma that it replaced.

More Aspect Ratio Control Review by Paul

The TV works and looks great, but, on the SD channels, which are still in the majority on my cable, many use a 16:9 envelope on a 4:3 feed, like CNN for instance. View Mode expanded gives a perfect 4:3 in the middle of the screen, Full screen pushes the left and right edges out so a 4:3 fills the screen, but on those channels that broadcast envelopes, there is still a bar top and bottom, and people are shorter and fatter. We need another View Mode that extends the full mode to the top and bottom and correct the aspect ratio, perhaps call it 4:3 envelope to correctly fill the screen on those channels, and, you need to be able to scroll through those on a button on the remote not dig through the menus each time you change channels. So a firmware update would be great to add one more view mode. Good job ... great tv.

One Great Product ! Review by Cliff

This is my first HDTV and after months of looking and comparing I found this VIZIO 37" HDTV at Wal-Mart for $468.00. I was very impressed. It took me less than 15 mins to remove it from the box to watching the best TV I ever watched. The set up so simple and easy to follow instructions. This VIZIO was everything I wanted in a HDTV and more. Great price, Fantastic TV. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I'd check there, or newegg,com, or even geeks.com for deals on tvs... After all these good reviews I'm excited for our biggest tv so far... 37"!

Alot of BANG for the BUCK! Review by slick

Purchased for my bedroom from Sam's club online as local Sam's were out of stock. Got the same deal, $478 and was only $12 for shipping FedEx. Received TV @ 1100am today and had it mounted on wall by 1pm. Awesome picture and sound. Changes the entire look of the room. Still playing around with settings, but so far couldn't be more pleased. Going to order a larger(42-47") now and put this one in daughters room! Thanks VIZIO, keep it up!!!

I purchased mine from sams club the quality of the picture is outstanding i waited 1 month before posting my review no problems here the TV is very light and thin mounted mine on the wall i have plaster walls my place is constructed well so i didn't have a worry there 120 frame rate is awesome . Sports like hockey and nascar racing took on a whole meaning for me Viedo games look great BluRay is awsome i don't have one negative thing to say about this TV if your looking for a TV on budget this has all you want and more........................

This was our first Vizio purchase and we do so as an open-box from Amazon. So far the TV has been wonderful for the money! Performance has been excellent. Only downside is the remote which both looks and feels cheap. However, the TV itself is rockin', especially in its price range!

I bought this TV from Sam's Club for just under $600. While I won't refer to that price as a "steal," it was below average for a brick and mortar store. The quality of the build is good. The picture and sound are outstanding! The only thing that I wish that it had was a stand that swivels. Other than that, no complaints. Setup was a breeze. Would not hesitate to buy a Vizio in the future.

My husband and I purchased our first Vizio from Sam's for $528, what a steal! This TV is by far much more superior to the $2500 POS that I got from a PHONY company (I'm sure you can figure out what PHONY stands for). The clarity and picture is impeccable! It's amazing to watch in HD. We love it and could not be happier about it. We will be replacing our PHONY TV with a 50" Vizio next year. Thank you Vizio!!

I just received my tv today. I got it from Dell for only $479. WOW!!! What a steal. I am just as satisfied as I was with my other 2 Vizios. We have a 26", 32" and now this 37". I wouldn't buy any other brand. When I purchased my first one, 2 years ago, I was amazed at the color and high definition even without high definition service. I'm a vizio for life. This 37" was so easy to install, my 16 year old granddaughter and I brought it upstairs and installed it. It's very user friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AND ANY OTHER VIZIO!!!

I bought this television from Wal-Mart for $637 (including tax) and I have to say it was a complete steal! I mean, 37" for $637! You can't find that with ANY OTHER COMPANY! Vizio makes superior televisions as well; this isn't some hunk of junk that'll last for a month. I have had it for five months and nothing wrong has happened. The picture has remained the same. It has a lot to offer in the back with a variety of plug-ins and what not. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! SAVE MONEY ON THE TV AAAAAND ON YOUR ELECTRIC BILL. Plus, this tv doesn't act like a heater and heat your room. It emits hardly any heat at all.
