Product Review (submitted on May 5, 2010):

After researching and trying to find a TV specifically for my XBOX, I came across this one. Luckily, we had one up at my local WalMart for me to look at and compare against the other TVs in mind.

When I unboxed the TV and put the stand together, it's hard to believe that it's only twenty-three inches, because it seems so much larger than that, it has the appearance of at least a 26/27" LCD.

If you're thinking of purchasing this TV, do NOT hesitate, as it is a wise investment. If you're purchasing it for a gaming tv, you will not find a TV that is better. I guarantee it, if you're purchasing it for just the regular use to watch tv, If you're connecting to a cable box, use component cables or HDMI, if you use a regular coaxe cable you might see some slight grainy issues. So, make sure you use component or HDMI when hooking it up to a cable box.

As far as gaming goes (if anyone is looking at this TV for that sole purpose) the picture quality is PHENOMENAL. I went from a 27" CRT standard definition, to this Vizio. And I nearly drooled at how much of a difference it truly makes, I'm running 1080p via HDMI and my games on my 360 are breathtaking. There's so much more detail in games like Call of Duty that I didn't even know existed, from seeing every detail of a prestige emblem, to camo colors, to names being so clear and landscapes coming to life it seems.

For the pro's and cons, completely unbiased.

Pro's:
A( Amazing picture quality (A LOT of options for adjusting to your preferences)
B( The size is amazing. It's very slim, compact, yet still a large screen.
C( The design is flawless. Very glossy, extremely durable.
D( Options. Options are endless, whether you want to wall mount, or use it for a game room tv. Or you want one in your kitchen, or even use it as a computer monitor. Variety is the spice of life, and you can't go wrong.

Con's:
A( The volume isn't bad, but some programs can be slightly hard to hear, I was watching Justified and I had to have it on 50 just to hear clearly. Yet, watching The Hills on MTV I needed it on around 10-15 so it's not so much about the TV itself, it's more so channel based.

Over all, the TV is a steal at the price and an investment that you should make if you're looking to purchase a TV around this size and price range. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this TV.

I highly recommend this TV for anyone questioning their selves about buying it. You will not regret buying it.
