VA320M

Product Review (submitted on April 23, 2010):

For my first flat panel TV I chose Vizio's VA320M, 32" LCD. The picture quality is great, and people comment on it's clarity and crispness.
After 8 months the picture went black. It is under warranty, so I contacted Vizio customer support. And, to my surprise, a service call was scheduled to repair the TV onsite.
The technician was friendly, polite, and fixed the TV in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Vizio.
