The SV420XVT1A is a top of the line set. While shopping for a 42” set during January 2009 a number of sales clerks tried to sell me more expensive sets claiming you only get what you pay for. Feature for feature the Vizio seemed to outshine the other sets on display so I purchased the set saving upward to $1,000 on other sets sales clerks tried to sell me.

We have been so satisfied with the set that I purchased a 19” VA19L10T in June for my home office that has been operating trouble free since it was purchased doubling as a TV and computer monitor. After watching and listening to our TV three of our relatives purchased a Vizio. All satisfied customers.
