We bought this TV at Sams last weekend for a super deal. I was skeptical dropping this kind of cash on an unfamiliar brand. So far it is wonderful. Unbelievable picture even without cable or satelite. The remote spazzed out 4 days later and I called customer service after attempting to reprogram it myself. They are promptly sending a replacement remote. Good customer service ranks highly in my book and I am very pleased! Nice work Vizio. Kudos to your employees and company integrity. Stand behind your products and Im a customer for life.
