vbr120 Review by high expectations

We bought the vbr120 at Walmart 3weeks ago,and only played 3 dvds(all of which were great) but we went to play a new blue ray disc for my son we got no pic,or sound.we are planning to exchange the player.
About 5yrs ago I bought a 32in lcd visio tv and have nothing but good things to say about that,I even recommend visio to my friends,so I have high hopes on my exchange.

I love my Vizio Blu Ray player. But i do have one problem. I can't figure out how to do the firmware update on it. I figured it was through BD live but I can't find it anywhere. Can somebody help me out?

I bought the VBR 334 from Costco for $150. Now I can watch Netflix instants...stick in a DVD..pull it out and stick in a CD...go to Pandora and listen to my favorite tunes. This thing is hot and it comes with HDMI cable..an at least $30 value. Whats not to like?

What to do with the LAN port? Review by esteven

I love this VBR110, especially how fast it loads a BlueRay disc. Color is great, so is the sound. Yes, you have to aim at the player, but no big deal. I used it for over a year. Works like a champ. Firmware updated like a breeze.

The big deal is: I want to connect to NetFlixxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I really love this blu-ray player. Upconverted DVD's look great. Unfortunately, [url=http://google.com] [/URL] the way Disney formats their blu-ray disks its ability to pay blu-rays.

Bought this player at costco at a reasonable price. It's being used with a 37'' Vizio 120 HD smooth motion. This machine is great for watching either DVD or Blue Rey disc. It's fantastic!

I Traded in a HCT Blu-Ray Player and a Memorex HD DVD Player for this the HCT blu ray player was good and all but couldnt get any updates because it was Korean so i chose this and was amazed cause it's playing all of my blu ray movies

EXCELLENT Blu-Ray player, make sure firmware update is installed BEFORE you use! Review by GS455Stage2

I bought this unit on Ebay a month ago for $65.00 in PERFECT CONDITION with the instruction manual, remote, and HDMI cable. It turns out the original purchaser returned it after LESS THAN A WEEK of use because some Blu-Ray discs would not play. I found the problem-the firmware update had not been done! It took me me just FIVE MINUTES to install it and the problem was FIXED! Any CD or DVD or Blu-Ray discs I have played have run FLAWLESSLY!

I looked at MANY other Blu-Ray players and I really lucked out with this one. I can't beat the $65 I paid for it with only a week's worth of use on it with all original factory items intact! I don't use Pandora or Netflix, so I didn't care about paying more to get those features. There is an Ethernet connection on the back for internet streaming, but I've never used it, so I can't comment on its usefulness.

Great Blu Ray Player 6\ 28 \2010 Review by Lee Hawk

I bought this player for myself about a year ago, and just can't say enough about it other than it's a top notch player. Not many frills,, but if your looking just a top player this is it. I wanted to buy another one for my son,, but it seems nobody sells them anymore. I have looked the internet high and low and found one at Sams Club at $118.00 on sale and bought it. A few months ago they were sold at Costco,Wal-mart, BJ's and Target, but these stores no longer carry the VBR110... Vizio Web price is just to high by the time shipping and tax is added. If you can find one at a store near you, don't wait and think about it.... Buy it, you will be glad you did...Good luck finding one..Amazon has them through another company for $ 149.00 plus shipping

Disney Blu-ray Broke it Review by reiththestud

I really love this blu-ray player. Upconverted DVD's look great. Unfortunately, the way Disney formats their blu-ray disks its ability to pay blu-rays. Played DVD's just fine, but wouldn't play any blu-rays.
Luckily, the new firmware(026) fixed the problem and now all my blu-rays and dvds work just fine. Great purchase. Highly recommended.
