The Operations Manager plays a key role in the overall Logistics Management Team.  The Operations Manager is responsible for successful operations in three main areas:

1.    Inbound Logistics (ensuring on time/accurate deliveries from vendors)
2.    Inventory Control (maintaining system accuracy with 3PL’s)
3.    Claims/Billing (helping to resolve discrepancies with VIZIO customers)
