I bought my 32" Vizio over a year ago and have not been dissapointed. The tv works great!! I think that many other people I know like to knock the brand because they paid more for the same television. Vizio is establishing itself as a great television brand. The tv still works great.

- Easy set up Review by Mitch
-
We recently purchased this TV and when we got it home, we were able to install it and had it up and running in 10 minutes. We disconnected the cables from our 26" Vizio and reconnected them to the 37" and snap it was done. We are pleased with the sound and the picture quality for the price that we paid. We hope that we will be very pleased with the future use that we receive. The 26" was moved into the Kitchen.

I bought this TV a little over a year a go and I have not been disappointed! The HD picture is great and you cannot beat the price. I have an up-convert DVD player and my DVD collection looks awesome on the Vizio. Got another 26" for the bedroom a few months ago and will only be upgrading with Vizio's from here on out.

- new product.....WOW!! Review by mrst

After viewing a 32in (other) television for the last 10 years, having an LCD in the home is really a treat especially when you have some one who knows how to connect the component(s) correctly to get optimal sound and picture. I do like it very much. Clear picture and sound is very good. I rate the product a solid 10. My Xbox games pop out at me now and you can also just about feel as though you have excellent vision and could be right there with the program. I thought i was at the football game!! :-))

The Denver Post Marshall high-yield, low-cost receiver. Catch per dollar, no team got more value than the Broncos got this season from receiver Brandon Marshall. In prorated signing bonus and salary, Marshall made a modest $465,000 in 2007. He finished with 102 catches — or $4,559 per catch. Compare that to, say, Kevin Curtis of the Philadelphia Eagles. He had a nice season with 77 catches in his first year after free agency, but the Eagles paid him $6 million — or $77,922 per catch. Vizio television came up with a way to honor Marshall. The flat-screen television company came up with a promotional gimmick that will honor the NFL's top value performer. Marshall was one of six finalists selected by the Vizio committee, made up of former general managers Tom Donahoe, Ernie Accorsi and Ron Wolf. The other finalists: Jacksonville quarterback David Garrard, Cleveland quarterback Derek Anderson, Green Bay receiver Greg Jennings, Chicago returner Devin Hester and New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs. Doug Aamoth VIZIO Now Leads North American Flat Panel Market. Four years ago, you might have guessed that VIZIO was some sort of graphic design company or electric scooter manufacturer. It toiled about in relative obscurity until for a couple years and, at the end of the second quarter of 2005, the company sat in 15th place in the North American flat panel TV market. Another two years have gone by since then, and VIZIO’s now the top dog. The VIZIO brand, you may recall, made its first appearance at your local Sam’s Club and Costco stores. I should have known something big was going on when my parents and their friends started buying the TVs left and right, just wanting to get into the HDTV game that they’d heard so much about. It makes perfect sense. Baby boomers are (here comes a generalization) under the impression that electronics all come out of the same factory somewhere in southeast Asia, so they’re not as brand conscious as younger generations (VIZIO is actually an American company, FYI). Furthermore, they LOVE going to Costco for some reason and, after seeing how much name-brand flat panel TVs had been selling for elsewhere, they were all excited at the possibility of “gettin’ a wheel of a deal” or whatever it is that old people say. So you’ve got legions of people my parents’ age buying VIZIO flat panel TVs. It is all about making great products more affordable. Dell proved it was possible with their PC's, Southwest Airlines proved it on travel, weve proven it on flat panel HDTV's, says VIZIO CEO William Wang. I am glad to hear that with DisplaySearch's numbers, we've officially earned the #1 spot for our vision and efforts, and I promise we'll make VIZIO even better! Thanks in part to this early success, VIZIO has been able to get its TVs into big-name retailers like Circuit City, Sears, and Walmart. The company has recently announced four new 1080p models, starting at $1199 for a 42-inch display all the way to a 52-inch unit for $2299.READ MORE »
