I purchased this in September 2008. This was an incredible buy at the time for less than $1000. It has worked perfectly although white colors are not as bright as LCD's but that is one difference between Plasma and LCD. Additionally, it does produce ghost images during fast action scenes however, your everyday viewer would never notice this. It certainly doesn't distract from viewing and I think this is a great product with features and value! I also own a 36" LCD which is in my daughter's bedroom and will soon purchase 2 more Vizio products for my spare and master bedrooms.

I bought my Vizio 3 years ago thru a tv channel. its up and running all the time, especially with my teenager kids. it works great, never has been down, i absolutely love it. i'm thinking of upgrading into a bigger one, vizio is great!

We bought a 50 Vizio Plasma from Circuit City three years ago. This thing has been on day and night for three years and the picture is absolutely amazing!! No Problems. I love this TV and the picture is better than anything else out there!!

My 50"plasma is two years old and has had no problems whatsoever.Everyone I know that bought LCD set the same time has had lots of problems.I am happy with the performance and hope plasmas will be around for my next purchase.

bought my tv at costco 50 plasma great color so far two years old and doing great.I would buy another plasma tv in a heartbeat .hope vizio keeps making plasmas really would like to stay with a tv i can trust.
