- Beautiful TV Review by Rich

This has been a great TV for the past couple years. Plenty of HDMI and other inputs and the picture is great. My only complaint is that I wish I could find a remote code that will allow my Verizon Fios remote to control the input button to switch between HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3. I've tried them all and none of them work.

Bought this new from Walmart when the other similar TV's cost way more. Did my research and knew Vizio was a great brand and buy. Have not had any problems and had the TV for 3 years plus.

- Quality HDTV Review by Bwick

I have had this 42" HDTV for 3 years. I'll tell ya, for what this TV retails for you are getting a good deal. Great picture when properly set up. I never had anything burn-in permantly. I have accidentally left my PS3 on pause for a few hours while I wasn't around and I had a slight burnt in image from the pause screen, ran the image cleaner for the recommended 1 hour run time and it was gone. I was shopping for a new flat panel HDTV about a year or so after they were becoming popular. I bought this TV from a local retailer for just under $1000. I have bought stereo equipment from this store before and the salesman threw in some extras as well. I got the TV plus a wall mount kit and three 4' HDMI cables. Compared to other similar models I believe that the price I paid was very reasonable. I believe the thing that stood out the most about the Vizio was the # of inputs supported. HDMI x3, Component, Composite, S-video, and VGA. I am an avid online gamer and watch ALOT of sports so I wanted a quality TV that I could afford without having to refinance the home lol JK. I would have to say the only things that VIZIO could have included in the model to make it even better - PIP. Which happens to be a big deal for me come sports time, I like watching 2 or more games at a time. The TV also does produce a quite a bit of heat when it has been running for awhile. And the fact that I had to go buy an optical digital audio cable so my surround sound system worked properly (didn't work with the analog connectors i.e red and white cables) If you have a budget to stick to and want a quality TV I would recommend the VIZIO to anyone wanting to get the full HD experience.

Did a lot of research and actually bought this from walmart after it had been on display 24 hours a day for 6 months. Almost a year with the TV and it is still amazing color. Best 447 dollars I have ever spent. Color is still perfect and everything else is amazing.

I purchased this TV 3 years ago from COSTCO. I had a issue with the first one10 months after purchase, Vizio sent a rep out to try to resolve the issue of burnt in bars on each side, but were unable to do so. Vizio was prompt to sent a new TV out to my house with reps to remove the old one , and to install and set up the new one that has been 2 years, 2 months , and now problems great technology and service. Just purchased the VBR100 BluRay player WOW what a combo I will purchase VIZIO again thanks
